Marc Viscomi is an OC native born to Italian immigrant parents. From an early age, he learned the value of time, money, and dedication from growing up and working within his parent’s business. After graduating from the University of California – San Diego, Marc spent over two years trading commodities with Gemsa Oils. There he honed his skills in new client acquisitions and excelled at increasing customer retention for the company. His attention to detail, specifically within client services, is conveyed in his business relationships with the same dedication at Arbor Real Estate. His overarching goal in every transaction is to ensure that the client’s needs and expectations are met and sufficiently exceeded.
While studying International Business at UCSD, Marc developed a love for community involvement. As treasurer of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, he made it his mission to double the community outreach of his predecessors and, along with his fraternity, raised more than $50,000 for local firefighters and food kitchens. Currently, Marc is an active supporter of “Someone Cares Food Kitchen” in Costa Mesa.
Marc’s diverse work experiences, dynamic approach to client service, and ardent belief in real estate as an excellent investment have propelled his practice to elite status.
